A combination of Toy Makers, Designers and most importantly Child Play Therapists. SNAPP toys is uniquely staffed by a creative team driven by innovation and experience. Our founders came together with simple goals. Their goals include producing product at an affordable price to address the growing needs in unmet categories including; Specific Needs Children, Geriatric Recovery Patients, and Pediatrician Waiting Rooms.

After 10 years as a Marketing Manager in the beauty industry, Barbara returned to school to get her Masters in Child Play Therapy from New York University. She went on to a post graduate fellowship at the Reiss Davis Child Study Center before spending several years as a clinician with the HELP Group in Culver City California.
In addition to ongoing patient work, Barbara has consulted with numerous entertainment companies including BBC America, Ample Entertainment and E! Entertainment. She frequently contributes and is quoted in a variety of media including The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Match.com, Cosmopolitan and Grazia UK.
Phil Albritton balances a combination of creative ability and engineering skills. For over 2 decades he has provided the toy and game industry with branding, packaging, illustration, 3D design, 3D printing, and manufacturing guidance.
He has developed hundreds of original products and designed licensed goods for Disney, Warner Bros. and Nickelodeon and engineered packaging for FedEx, Lexmark, and Barrett Rifles. He is listed as one of Mojo Nations top 100 influential figures in toy and game design and is the producer of the first and premier podcast focused on the modern toy and game industry.

For over 20 years Scott has worked in the creative field with some of the world's largest and most successful companies including Allergan, Mattel, Warner Bros. and Disney/Lucasfilm.
He is known among the toy community as "the ToyGuru" for innovative product lines aimed at unmet market needs such as; Mattel's Masters of the Universe Classics, Jakks' BIG FIGS and Jada's METALS Nano line.

Scott has a passion for product innovation and design. He currently lives in Greensboro, North Carolina with his wife, daughter, and about 10,000 action figures.
